If I inquire about an acquisition am I required to sign any legal documents?
We can start with an initial "get to know each other" phone call. Once you have decided to go further a simple non-disclosure agreement is required. This assures you, we will not use your information to penetrate your clientele. And this protects us from you doing the same.
How long does the process take?
Depends on you. We have a dedicate team to handle the logistics on our end. Sometimes it takes 3 months, other times 2-3 weeks.
Should I be concerned about my clients?
