Are we a good fit? Are we too small?
We want dedicated people. We want people who have committed themselves to providing the highest level of services to their customers. No one is too small. 1-2 people, 20-30, if you want the best for your clients, then you are a good fit.

 

I am doing great, why would I merge with Z Networks?
Because your company is worth more. If you merge when your company is not doing great it is risky for both of us.

My business is having a hard time, would Z Networks still consider a merger?
This is a highly competitive business. Most IT providers are having a hard time. But you bring something to the table, sales, tech experience, and infrastructure guidance. Z Networks still needs great people let's see if there's a way for both of us to benefit.

I have been independent for a long time. I am not sure I could work for someone else.
Most of our employees were at one point or another independent. Merging with a company like Z Networks means less stress, better compensation, and a secured future. It is a collaborative environment, we want to get better. You'd be surprised; it is much more gratifying than you think.

What happens to my employees?
Your employees were successful for you. It's only reasonable to expect they will be successful for us. In most cases your employees will be very satisfied with a merger. There are many more growth opportunities at a larger company. We have very good benefits and new employees often speak of how collaborative the Z Networks environment is. If there does need to be employee changes you and our Executive team will figure it out very quickly. You can then decide if you'd like to go forward.  

If I inquire about an acquisition am I required to sign any legal documents?
We can start with an initial "get to know each other" phone call. Once you have decided to go further a simple non-disclosure agreement is required. This assures you, we will not use your information to penetrate your clientele. And this protects us from you doing the same.

How long does the process take?
Depends on you. We have a dedicate team to handle the logistics on our end. Sometimes it takes 3 months, other times 2-3 weeks.

Should I be concerned about my clients?
