Mike started his technology career at a direct mail computer manufacture in North Sioux City South Dakota. His first job was assembling computers for consumers and corporate clients on an assembly line. His love for technology and desire for success lead him to many different roles and he learned the business from the ground up.

After a move to the West Coast Mr. Goodman accepted a position at a computer retailer in Bellevue Washington specializing in custom built computers and servers for businesses. He started in the production department taking over as production manager, eventually assuming control over the service department and ultimately becoming Chief Operations Officer. In 2000 this company started negotiation with a larger company and later that year was acquired.

Upon taking control of the service side of operations Mike had much more interaction with customers. This was perfect for him. He has always been outgoing and considers himself "a problem solver". Direct interaction with customers allowed him to solve problems and provide solutions. During his time as COO Mike would hear horror stories from his customers about the servers they were purchasing. His customers often had problems with their internal staff having direct knowledge of new technologies and trying to implement them in a timely fashion. Horror stories would include major downtime, random outages, and inconsistent user experiences.

Before the acquisition was complete, Mike set out on his own. His goal was to create a team of individuals that could develop and install network based hardware and software solutions for small and mid size businesses creating a faster project implementation a quicker ROI, and pro-actively solve the issues he heard from his clients. He tried a few different business models and found success with the business model still in place today.

That business model includes: Listening to the client, understanding their needs, providing cost effective solutions, maintaining consistent uptime and constantly looking out for their best interest.
