Z Networks provides corporate sponsorship for charity golf tournament to raise money for Highline Medical Center Foundation. Highline medical center foundation is a non profit and in the past seven years, the Foundation has contributed nearly $4 million to Highline Medical Center and healthcare services in the communities of Burien, Des Moines, Federal Way, Normandy Park, SeaTac, Tukwila, West Seattle and White Center. The Foundation's projects are entirely supported by charitable contributions. Contributions are used to assist Highline Medical Center to build new medical facilities, remodel old ones, purchase new medical equipment, provide health-related services and programs to the community and assist our neighbors who need outpatient medical care, but lack the personal resources to afford it. 6/1/2010 Z Networks extends helpdesk hours to 7am. President and CEO Mike Goodman said: "We have been running a 7am shift for quite some time. Client have been very receptive and have utilized our 7am start to get a better jump on their day". Z Networks extended helpdesk hours January 26th to provide additional options for our accounting clients. Although our accountants have calmed down in terms of deadlines we decided to keep our extended hours and see how all client benefited. This completes phase 2 of a 3 part planned helpdesk extension for 2010.

Z Networks announced plans to release Karbon backup ahead of schedule. Launch date for Z Networks Karbon set for 8/15/2010. Z Networks much anticipated multi subnet and wan backup/syncing software has official release date. In a statement, Z Networks President and CEO Mike Goodman said he believes Karbon to be the catalyst clients need when looking at IT service options. Clients demand a full circle portfolio of options. Our Karbon offers client an offsite solution at a fraction of the cost of other offsite solutions. It offers encryption and takes enterprise offsite to a new level with features such as : Real time backup exchange inboxes, and real time SQL and MySQL backup. Karbon will allow a remote restore of an individual inbox reducing restore time. Karbon also reaches out to those companies restricted by offsite backup due to compliance issues by automatically sending the backup to location of clients choice. Clients can select a remote office and hold their own offsite backup to meet compliancy.
Z Networks Launches " Network Monitor: Version 2. Added features include customizable SNMP Monitors allowing a multi location across multiple domains, switches; managed or unmanaged to be viewed within a single dashboard. A central dashboard allows Z Networks administrators to track trends based off of a clients entire network, across multiple locations, time zones, and states. Allowing a better forecast for replacement strategies and bandwidth/internal traffic bottlenecks.

Z Networks Launches Managed Services V2 in select areas. Z Networks first edition Managed Service was released in 4th quarter 2007. Z Networks opens training center in Marysville Washington. The operation center allows technician to be trained in a live environment with customer interaction. President and CEO Mike Goodman believes this training center to be a pivotal move in training the right people for the right situations. Great employees are the result of effective training. Z Networks announces plan to convert current helpdesk operations into full service Network Operation Center (NOC). Current helpdesk operations offers clients instant access to technicians over the phone for remote assistance. The NOC plans will put network administrators with a variety of tools at a central console to provide enterprise level administration and escalation. NOC tools will enable minute to minute trends across all companies regardless of size.
